Patient Care Coordinator
Lucknow | Full Time | Patient Experience
About the Role
You will look after patients through their whole course of treatment: booking the first consultation, following up between sessions, and making sure nobody quietly drops out of a programme that was working.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new patients from first enquiry to first consultation
- Follow up on treatment plans and chase missed appointments
- Be the point of contact for questions between sessions
- Collect feedback and pass clinical concerns to the right clinician
- Keep coordination records current and accurate
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Experience Required
1+ year in a patient, customer or coordination role
Skills Required
- Genuine patience with people who are unwell or anxious
- Clear spoken and written Hindi and English
- Organised follow-up habits, nothing dropped
- Comfort with digital coordination tools
