About the Role
You will assess and treat patients across musculoskeletal conditions at our Pune centre, from neck and lower back pain through to post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation. This is hands-on clinical work supported by our assessment and therapeutic systems, not a purely device-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, identify movement and dysfunction patterns, and agree a treatment plan
- Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription and technology-assisted rehabilitation
- Track progress against functional goals and adjust protocols as recovery advances
- Explain the condition and the plan to patients in language they can act on
- Maintain accurate clinical records for every session
- Work with the wider team on complex or slow-progressing cases
Qualification
BPT or MPT from a recognised institution, registered practitioner

Skills Required
- Sound musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning
- Manual therapy and exercise prescription
- Clear patient communication and education
- Comfort using digital tools for records and remote follow-up
- Marathi, Hindi or English as appropriate to the patient
