Senior Physiotherapist: Sports & Orthopaedic Rehab

About the Role
A senior clinical role leading sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation at our Nashik centre. Alongside your own caseload you will take the harder referrals, support junior physiotherapists and help keep our protocols current.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex sports and post-surgical rehabilitation caseloads
- Set return-to-sport and return-to-work criteria and hold the line on them
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and interns
- Contribute to reviewing and improving treatment protocols
- Support outreach camps and institutional engagements when required
Qualification
MPT, preferably with a sports or orthopaedic specialisation
Experience Required
4+ years
Skills Required
- Advanced musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation practice
- Post-operative and return-to-sport protocol design
- Clinical supervision and teaching
- Confident decision-making on complex presentations
